Credentialed & Paid™: The Illinois Medicaid Credentialing & Billing Cohort
Ready to become an Illinois Medicaid provider but don't know where to start? This hands-on cohort is designed specifically for Illinois mental health professionals who want expert guidance through the credentialing process. You'll receive personalized support as we complete your IMPACT setup, walk through your Medicaid application step by step, and teach you the fundamentals of Medicaid billing so you're prepared to begin serving clients once you're approved.
This is more than a class—it's a guided implementation experience designed to help you confidently navigate the credentialing process from start to finish. Please note that while you'll receive comprehensive education and application support, final approval is determined by the State of Illinois and cannot be guaranteed.

As each participant receives Medicaid approval, we'll schedule an individual virtual session to:
Complete enrollment with Illinois Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)
Review required applications
Discuss next steps for joining provider panels
Prepare to begin accepting Medicaid members
One individual IMPACT onboarding session
Three in-person group training sessions
One individual MCO enrollment session after Medicaid approval
Step-by-step guidance throughout the credentialing process
Resource guides and application checklists
Live Q&A during every group session
